Keeping your diet while breastfeeding

Shortly after giving birth many mothers who directly implement the dietary patterns in order to thin the body back to normal. Yet when breastfeeding is needed nutrients that are good because of what we eat is divided on the baby. A diet high in protein and good nutrition is absolutely necessary. Consumption of milk, meat and eggs are good to increase the volume of milk. Vegetables and fruits will help digestion our baby through breast milk they drink. Spicy foods are best avoided. Because whatever you eat will inevitably flow into breast milk. So do not slack for the affairs of a healthy and nutritious meal shortly after birth even be better than during pregnancy. I myself experienced during breastfeeding if, within one day of food I eat less meat menu then the volume of milk will be reduced
500-1000 Women who breastfeed need more calories than women who do not breastfeed. Breastfeeding women are prone to magnesium deficiency, vitamin B6, folate, calcium, and zinc. ASI does not have a sufficient supply of iron to premature babies or infants older than 6 months. Because of that iron supplementation should be given to nursing mothers with premature babies. Inadequate nutrition and stress can decrease the amount of milk production
