Challenges of breastfeeding in the first month and especially in the first four days there are things that can be frustrating and pressure that could lead to giving up breastfeeding. Breastfeeding is a challenging process for both mother and child. Any mother who had just given birth must be feeling pleased and tired. Especially new mothers who had their first child. With the lack of experience and desire to provide the best for her baby will be more easily stressed when things are not going well.
  
The challenge in the first month of breastfeeding for mothers are:
* Feeling tired and possibly painful wounds of the birth canal after childbirth.
* Daily routine is disrupted.
* Convenience and schedule a disturbed night's sleep.
* The obligation to maintain a healthy food and drinks in a sufficient portion.
* Ignorance is / are still guessing who the child will not be too familiar.
* Not to know yourself in the process of breastfeeding.
* Lack of support from the husband or the surrounding environment.
* Emotions are not stable due to hormonal changes and changes in circumstances

As for children are:
* Loss of feeling comfortable and safe in the womb
* Must adjust to the surrounding natural and physical exertion to obtain milk

Do not despair, patient and painstaking is the key word for thinking and being positive is essential. Share experiences with other breastfeeding mothers, breastfeeding and breast-feeding seek info from any source. Ask for support from husband, family and friends.
